Botanical Garden
Japanese gardens – something that always fascinates me, so simple, and so unique! They reflect the beauty of nature, the harmony of three elements: water, plants and stone. The stone is a sacred object, which balances energy and symbolizes heaven, earth and man. Water is reminiscent of constant changes in nature. Plants enrich the space and carry a certain symbolism: pine – longevity and love, cherry tree – eternal youth and spring, maple – the cycle of life and death. You can see one such Japanese garden in Belgrade, in the Botanical Garden “Jevremovac”.
This is one of the most beautiful places for walking with children in Belgrade. You should know that mom (or other companion) and baby up to one year have free admission. For others, the entrance is 300 dinars. It is open from 9 am to 5 pm. We arrived shortly after 9 am and were the first and at least the next two hours and the only visitors. Later, several families with children came. So this is an ideal place with distance, in nature, and in the city center. In addition to enjoying nature, you can also visit the impressive greenhouse, which is located within the park.
